USER GUIDE

01. Check-in / Check-out

- The check-in is at 15 p.m.
- The check-out is until 11 a.m.
- Please be sure to be on time for the next users.
- Please make sure to observe the check-in and check-out times during the peak season.
- If your check-in is later than scheduled, be sure to call the company. If there is no prior contact, admission will be restricted.
02. Instructions

- Reservations can be made in real-time on the Internet and 365 days over.
- In Naver reservation system, it is not possible to change the reservation date or number.
- If the maximum number of people, including children, exceeds the maximum number of people, admission is not possible, and cancellation or refund is not possible for the relevant reasons.
03. Precautions

- Do not cook food because of fire or smell. Please use the kitchen outside for cooking.
- Tents are vulnerable to sharp tools and fire due to their characteristics. Please be careful of the damage.
- The swimming pool is for adults. Children should wear safety equipment such as tubes or life vests.
- Children should use it with their guardians when using the swimming pool.
- Eating is prohibited inside the swimming pool.
- Please be careful of falls when using the lawn garden.
- The sea in front of the lawn garden is a place where water play is prohibited.
- It's manner time after 11 p.m Please be careful of noise generation.
- All areas are non-smoking.
- All animals are not allowed
- Please separate all garbage, including food waste, when you check out.
- Please clean the used kitchen utensils for the next guest.
- One more can be added to the dedicated parking area. If there are more than two cars, please use the public parking lot.

04. Refund

※ In order to establish a proper reservation culture, the refund standard is operated as follows, so please check and make a reservation!

- There will be a cancellation fee if you cancel after making a reservation, so please decide the date carefully before making a reservation.
- When you refund, we will refund the amount excluding the cancellation fee from the amount you paid.
- Refund fees will also be applied to cancellations due to simple changes or customer circumstances.
- Reservations that have not been used without cancellation of advance reservations are non-refundable.
- If the cancellation fee is 100%, there is no full refund.
